Refund and exchange conditions
The Buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt (right of withdrawal) to return the Products to the Seller, without having to justify specific reasons. The return costs are then the responsibility of the Buyer.
The Products must imperatively be in perfect condition: they must not have been worn, washed, ironed, retouched or soiled. They must be returned in their original packaging. They must bear no trace of use and be accompanied by their accessories.
Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back and will be returned to the Customer as is, at the Customer's expense.
Swimwear, underwear and socks, for hygienic reasons, will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return request
The return request must be made by e-mail sent to contact@edgar-bdx.com mentioning the order number and the Buyer's full contact details. A confirmation acknowledging receipt of this return request will be sent by email. Upon receipt of the agreement, the Customer has 14 days to return the Product. After this time, the return will be refused.
Methods of returning exchanged Products
The means of return will be at the initiative, convenience and expense of the Customer.
The latter must imperatively provide a tracking number for the return, under penalty of nullity.
Returned Products must be sent to the following address: EDGAR 30 rue Saint-James 33000 Bordeaux, France.
Refunds
It is only after having checked that all these conditions are satisfied that the Seller will refund the sums collected for the returned items, with the exception of the return costs. The Seller undertakes to reimburse the Buyer without delay (by bank transfer), and at the latest within 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned products.
In the event that the above conditions are not respected, no refund can be claimed: the Customer then remains the owner of the Product, which will be returned to him at his expense.
International Customers
International customers please ensure you clearly mark your package "Returns Department" and ensure any customs paperwork is completed with "Return" or "Product Return" selected.
Edgar & Co. will not be responsible for any charges incurred for products entering the EU that are not clearly marked as returned goods.
Please note that as a small independent business we are unable to compensate for postage costs and therefore do not include them in our refund policy. Any shipping costs will therefore be deducted from your refund.
