Launched in 2016 by Makoto Fukuda, owner of the Japanese shop and blog Strato Saro, the Hatski brand initially specialized in denim, with jackets and jeans. Since then, it has diversified to offer a complete range of basics and classic pieces of contemporary men's wardrobe, including t-shirts, chinos, baker pants, hoodies and shirts. Tapered jeans remain the brand's flagship products, manufactured in Okayama in the same factories as the historic pioneers of the denim industry.
